Welcome to Ricebowl AI, an AI-powered platform designed for creating high-quality videos from text and visual inputs. By accessing or using our service at ricebowl.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

Ricebowl AI provides users with an advanced AI platform to create high-quality videos from prompts and configuration options. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

• What we own: The Ricebowl AI platform itself — our website, interface, workflow design, templates, and documentation — is our own work and is protected under copyright law.
• What we do not own: We do not own, develop, or claim any rights in the underlying AI models used to fulfil generation requests. Those models belong to their respective third-party providers. See “Third-Party AI Models” below.
• Generated Content Ownership: You retain full ownership and commercial usage rights of all videos generated using our service. You may use, modify, distribute, and monetize your generated content without restriction.
• You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Ricebowl AI and of any third parties whose models, content, or trademarks are involved in the service.

Third-Party AI Models

Ricebowl AI does not train or operate its own video generation models. Generation requests are routed through our AI infrastructure partner to third-party model providers, currently including Google (Veo), ByteDance (Seedance), and Kuaishou (Kling).

• Model names shown in the interface identify the third-party model that will process your request.
• Available models, their names, and their pricing may change as providers add, rename, or retire models. We will reflect such changes in the interface.
• Each third-party model is subject to its provider’s own usage policies, which may restrict certain content or subject matter independently of these Terms.

Third-Party Trademarks

Ricebowl AI is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, Kuaishou, or any other model provider or technology company.

All product names, model names, logos, and brands referenced anywhere on this site are the property of their respective owners. Where such names appear, they are used solely to identify the third-party model or service being described, and no affiliation or endorsement is claimed or implied. In particular, “Sora” is a trademark of OpenAI; we claim no rights in it and do not offer access to OpenAI models.

Video Generation Service

Our service provides:

• AI-Powered Video Creation: Transform text descriptions into professional videos
• Flexible Generation Options: Configure duration, quality, and visual preferences
• HD Quality Output: 1080p video quality where available
• Commercial Usage Rights: Full rights to use generated content for personal and commercial purposes
• Credit-Based System: Purchase credits to generate videos, with validity disclosed for each plan during checkout

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Ricebowl AI:

• Creating content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Generating inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our platform
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Sharing account credentials or attempting to circumvent usage limitations
• Creating content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination

Privacy and Data Collection

Ricebowl AI collects the following types of data:

• Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
• Generation Requests: Text prompts and parameters used for video generation
• Usage Analytics: Data related to your activity and feature usage on our service
• Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our service
• Payment Information: Data necessary to process credit purchases
• Generated Content: Videos created using our service (stored temporarily for delivery)

Pricing and Payments

• Credit System: Our service operates on a credit-based system where credits are used to generate videos
• Subscriptions and One-Time Purchases: Subscription plans renew at the interval shown during checkout until cancelled. One-time credit packs do not recur.
• Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not retroactively refund prior billing periods.
• First-Subscription Guarantee: A first subscription purchase may be refunded when requested within 7 days of the initial charge. Subscription renewals and one-time credit packs are otherwise final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Refund Policy: Eligibility and request instructions are described in our separate Refund Policy.
• Credit Expiration: Credit validity follows the plan terms shown during checkout. Subscription credits are tied to the applicable subscription period; one-time pack credits are valid for the stated pack validity period.
• Pricing Changes: Prices are subject to change with advance notice to users
• Payment Processing: You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected credit package

Service Availability and Performance

• Generation Times: Video generation typically takes 2-15 minutes depending on length and complexity
• Quality Standards: We strive to maintain high-quality output but cannot guarantee specific results for every generation
• Service Uptime: While we aim for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
• Technical Limitations: Generation capabilities may be limited by current AI technology and computational resources

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties. Upon termination, unused credits will be forfeited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ricebowl AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ricebowl AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration seated in Hong Kong, in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
